朱古力muffin 



白糖 70g 
鹽味牛油 70g
低筋麵粉 80g
泡打粉 6g
蛋 一隻
無糖可可粉 15g
朱古力粒 數粒

做法

1) 焗爐預熱170度
2) 糖同牛油倒入大碗, 用電動攪拌器打 10mins 由黃色打到白色creamy 狀
3) 倒入蛋液, 麵粉, 泡打粉, 可可粉,朱古力粒,用匙根人手攪拌好 (不用攪拌器)
4) 倒到蛋糕杯上, 焗爐170度焗40分鐘, 完成~~
