可樂雞翼

可樂雞翼/ 檸樂雞翼



可樂煮完其實會無左可樂味,不過甜甜的味道跟雞翼好夾, 食前加些檸檬汁變檸樂雞翼更好食 

材料:
雞翼10隻
可樂1罐
薑 4塊
生抽 2湯匙
老抽 半湯匙

1) 雞翼用生抽(5湯匙), 糖(半茶匙), 麻油(半茶匙)醃1晚
2) 薑起鑊, 雞翼煎至兩邊金黃,加可樂至剛剛蓋到雞翼, 加生抽 2湯匙, 老抽半湯匙, 中火煮20分鐘至完全收汁, 完成.
3) 食前加些檸檬汁更好食~
