流心蛋包飯

流心蛋包飯 



一人份
1)洋蔥半個切碎,如果有西芹(5 cm) 青椒(1/8個),可切碎加入。肥牛碎半碗。
2)幾滴麻油起鑊,先炒洋蔥至軟身,加入飯一碗,加西芹or/and 青椒,茄汁4大湯匙,鹽一茶匙,黑胡椒少許,雞粉1/2茶匙,糖2隻手指拈起的量(因為洋蔥有甜味,可自己調整), 加香草(parsley),最後加肥牛炒,上碟備用

3) 2隻蛋加1湯匙欖油攪拌好, 倒在在預熱了的pan 後立即關火, 快手用筷子在pan 上轉圈攪拌D蛋汁, 半生熟即可倒在飯上. 最後加茄汁.
