京燒味噌銀鱈魚

京燒味噌銀鱈魚 



經典日本味道,你只需要鹽、味噌、白酒、蜜糖, 之後煎左佢. 
(當然前提是有一舊魚....)

材料:
銀鱈魚 1塊
鹽 平均輕灑在魚面
味噌 2湯匙
味醂/白酒 1茶匙
蜜糖 3湯匙

1) 用鹽平均輕灑在魚2面, 味噌加白酒攪拌好查上魚2面, 醃30分鐘
2) 煎魚前把表面的味噌輕輕抺走, 煎到差不多熟時查上蜜糖再煎至金黃色, 完成.

p.s 反魚時小心, 魚肉好易散
