生薑豚肉燒

生薑豚肉燒



日本定食定番,煮到香甜的洋蔥加上生薑汁,真係送飯一流~~

材料:
打邊爐豚肉片 1盒
薑 1塊切蓉
洋蔥半個
麻油半茶匙

調味料
味醂 1茶匙 (或白酒1茶匙加半茶匙糖)
日本醬酒/ 生抽 1 湯匙
糖 1.5茶匙
水 3 湯匙
麻油 1茶匙

1)麻油起鑊炒香洋蔥至霖生同咖黃色,加薑蓉(喜歡薑味可再加薑汁),炒豚肉片,再加調味料,完成。

P.s 花多些心機中細火慢慢炒洋蔥至完全霖身,先會有洋蔥的甜味,成碟會好食好多。
