桂花圓肉大菜糕


桂花圓肉大菜糕



清香養顏的甜點

(約10小個量)
大菜 10g (不喜歡太爽可用8g)
冰糖 110g
清水 700g
桂花 5g
圓肉 約20粒 (先用熱水浸一浸至軟身) 

1) 大菜切碎浸霖
2) 把水, 冰糖, 大菜, 煮至全溶, 再加桂花, 圓肉輕輕再煮1分鐘, 倒入容器, 雪至凝固, 完成.
