簡單到無得再簡單

1) 羊扒用鹽, 黑胡椒, 黃芥末, 蒜容, 香草(rosemary/thyme) 醃30分鐘
2) 意粉煮包裝時間減2分鐘. 
3) 煎大約8分鐘. 上碟.
4) 用番煎羊扒的pan, 牛油炒香蒜容, 加意粉炒2分鐘, 加鹽, 黑胡椒. 完成.
