~肉醬意粉~
茄汁加新鮮蕃茄簡單好味, 一塊bay leave 令成個味道昇華



材料: (1人份)
洋蔥碎 半個
蕃茄 1個
蒜容 1粒
牛油 1塊
碎牛肉 50g 
意粉 120 g
bay leave 1 塊
黑胡椒少少 
鹽半茶匙
白蘭地(optional 半茶匙)
糖 1至2茶匙
parsley 少少 

做法
1) 意粉煮至8成熟. (包裝時間減2分鐘)
2) 牛油起鑊, 炒香蒜容, 洋蔥碎, 蕃茄粒, 加一塊bay leave同1杯水 煮至洋蔥碎, 蕃茄全霖, 加牛肉碎同2湯匙茄汁煮至濃汁. 加黑胡椒少少 , 鹽半茶匙,白蘭地(optional 半茶匙), 1至2茶匙糖, 把意粉倒入去再煮多2分鐘
3) 食前可加少少parsley 上面. 完成.
