味噌雞扒定食
個汁勁送飯!




1) 雞扒用豉油, 糖, 麻油醃1晚
2) 中火雞皮表向下煎4分鐘, 細火反轉煎4分鐘. 1湯匙味噌
加1茶匙味醂(或白酒)加4湯匙水, 倒入雞扒再煮2分鐘, 完成. 有芝麻加入味噌醬汁更香更好食.
