香港版的平民散寿司
1) 珍珠米煮好拿出來擹涼, 壽司醋按自己喜歡的酸度伴好
2) 香腸蟹柳煮熟切粒/撕條

3) 甜蛋 - 2隻蛋加約2.5茶匙糖攪拌好, 煎薄塊後切條
4) 青瓜清乾淨切粒
5) 把所有材料放上飯上, 可撤上紫菜碎或叮的時候自己用紫菜包手捲~~
