珠玉の親子丼

珠玉の親子丼



材料:
雞脾肉 2塊
雞蛋3隻 (另外多1隻蛋黃最後放面)
洋蔥1個
生抽 2湯匙
味醂/油 半茶匙
糖1茶匙

1)雞脾肉切成3cmx3cm 的大小,用生抽,糖,白酒/清酒,醃至少2小時
2)洋蔥切幼條,少少油起鑊,中細火慢慢炒至軟身,加雞肉煎香表面後,加半碗水,生抽,味醂(日本甜酒,沒有的可用白酒加少少糖代替),糖,煮至快收乾的時候關火,打入2隻蛋攪拌用餘溫煮至半熟,完成。倒上飯上就是好味的親子丼

雞蛋倒入後立即熄火, 用剩下的熱力煮, 那就不會太老。
