熟成肉の濃厚シチュー




洋蔥 1個 (切件)
蒜容 1茶匙
西芹 1幼條 (切碎)
紅羅白 1條 (切件)
薯仔 baby potato 幾粒
牛尾600- 800 g
bay leaves 2 塊
茄膏 1/4小罐
紅酒 125ml (半碗), 125 ml 半碗 (分2次加)
水 500ml (2碗) 或更多。
冰糖 1粒(波子大)
糖 4份1茶匙
鹽 1茶匙

1) 牛尾洗乾凈後先出一出水

2)先用洋蔥,蒜容炒香紅尾,加125ml紅酒,250ml水,冰糖1小粒(波子大),bay leaves煮。中間無水要加。蓋住細火煮1小時. 之後由佢一晚.

3)炒薯仔,羅白, 西芹,倒入牛尾,加125ml紅酒,250ml水再蓋住細火煮2小時

4)最後加茄膏加鹽加少少糖,完成。

5) 西蘭花分開煮熟最後放上去
