綠湯咖哩




材料:
青咖哩醬 2茶匙
蒜容 1 茶匙
紅蔥頭3 粒
雞湯250ml
水500ml
椰汁3湯匙
糖 4-5茶匙
魚露 1茶匙
雞肉 (先用生抽,糖,酒醃好;醃完輕輕用水沖一下)
九層塔 1塊
紅燈籠椒 切條
青蔥 4大條

1)炒香蒜容,紅蔥頭,青咖哩醬,加雞湯,水
2)加魚露,椰汁,糖,
3)青蔥加20ml水用攪拌機攪至汁,加埋入去煮 (我想香D同個色綠D,可skip)
3)加雞煮熟
4)上碟加九層塔,紅燈籠椒,完成
