香滑牛奶布丁

香滑牛奶布丁



太簡單易整,真係以後出街唔會比錢食😂

材料 (大約6小瓶份量)
牛奶 (or 北海道特濃3.6牛奶)400ml
忌廉 (丹麥紫堡牌淡忌廉)160ml
白糖 40g
魚膠粉 10g

1) 把上面所有一起放入小鍋煮至糖全溶,魚膠粉唔起粒粒
2) 待涼後放入小瓶雪4~5小時,完成
