蜜糖香烤雞扒 <食譜>


蜜糖香烤雞扒 (cooking time 15 mins) 



聖誕唔想太複雜,又想扮到好grand? 呢碟成本只是$38 , cooking time 15 mins 的雞扒幫到你呃like!

材料
雪藏雞扒一塊
豆苗
紅羅白
蜜糖

雞扒解凍,鹽平均搽表面,雞粉半茶匙,黑胡椒少許,酒(白酒/孖蒸) 2 茶匙,糖4份1茶匙,生油2茶匙,生粉1湯匙醃1小時

1茶匙油起鑊,雞皮面向下煎中火煎4分鐘,反轉細火加蓋焗煎6分鐘。

煎緊時另外煮一煲水,煮豆苖,加1茶匙雞粉,1/4茶匙糖。停乾水,放在碟上

把蜜糖水(1湯匙蜜糖加3湯匙水), 淋上雞扒再兩面各中火煎1分鐘,上碟,放上豆苗上,紅羅白切條伴碟,
完成!

Tips
菜加少許糖煮可以keep住綠!
雪藏雞加酒可以去雪味!
