芥末醬露絲瑪麗烤羊扒 <食譜>

羊扒一條(8肋排)



鹽搽滿羊扒表面底面,撒上黑胡椒,露斯瑪麗,蒜容,另外1茶匙黃芥末加3湯匙油混好,也搽滿羊2邊,醃1晚

230度焗爐焗30 mins, 之後蓋錫紙再焗30 mins. 應該6~7成熟,想再熟d再加時間

出爐唔好立即切,鍚紙蓋10mins 靜止鑰住肉汁,就可以切件上碟了~~
