冰花燉奶 (凍鮮奶燉蛋白)

之前整撻用剩的蛋白,用來整燉奶,養顏滑滑滑
材料 (2碗)
蛋白2 隻 (我的蛋是55g 1 隻的細蛋
鮮奶 240ml
糖 20g (熱食) 30g(冷食)
*因為雪冷了的會比較淡,所以要加多點糖
1. 所有材料攪拌好,倒入小碗,隔走面層的泡
2. 碗面包上錫紙,中火蒸10分鐘至凝固,完成
3. 冷食可雪藏3-4 小時
