熔岩蛋蕃茄牛肉炒飯


1)洋蔥半個切碎,如果有西芹(5 cm) 青椒(1/8個),可切碎加入。牛肉碎半碗。
2)一塊牛油起鑊,先炒洋蔥至軟身,加入飯一碗,加西芹or/and 青椒,茄汁4大湯匙,鹽一茶匙,黑胡椒少許,糖半茶匙(因為洋蔥有甜味,可自己調整), 加香草(parsley),最後加牛肉炒,上碟備用
3) 2隻蛋加1湯匙欖油攪拌好, 倒在在預熱了的pan 後立即關火, 快手用筷子在pan 上轉圈攪拌D蛋汁, 半生熟即可倒在飯上.
