蔥豚肉卷


蔥豚肉卷
蔥的甜味襯上豚肉的肉香,一口咬落去肉汁湧出來! 配以日式燒汁,可以食3碗飯! 



材料:
薄豚肉6 片
青蔥 (白同綠部分也要)

1)豚肉先用生抽麻油糖醃5分鐘
2)青蔥切至約5cm, 用豬肉捲實,個接口向下
3)麻油起鑊,接口向下煎至金黃,再反轉再煎至另一面也金黃,上碟
4)預備1隻碗,加1湯匙生抽,半湯匙米酒,半茶匙糖,半茶匙蜜糖,加2湯匙水,攪拌好加入剛才煎肉的鑊,煮30秒,倒上肉卷上,完成
