鱈魚炊飯 炊き込ご飯



鱈魚一塊


日式醬油 or 生抽 2 湯匙
沾麵汁 (つゆ) 2 湯匙
水 200ml
米酒 半茶匙

薑絲 數條
麻油 半茶匙

米 1 合

1)魚先用鹽白胡椒粉醃幾小時
2)麻油起鑊煎香魚表面(唔洗全熟,輕輕煎至微黃),把醬油、沾麵汁,米酒,水同薑倒入煮1分鐘成煲飯汁
3)洗米後把煲飯汁加入電飯煲,比例 米:煲飯汁 1:1.1,把魚放在米上,按平時煮飯的制,完成
