芥末蜜糖燒雞

芥末蜜糖燒雞



昨晚一半雞弄了三杯雞, 餘下的一半想整個西式的, 就弄了這芥末蜜糖燒雞. 焗爐焗簡單方便唔洗煩~ 

1) 雞用鹽, 黑胡椒塗均表面, 再係雞面塗一層薄薄的黃芥末, 醃一晚.
2) 焗爐240度, 半隻焗30分, 原隻焗55-60分鐘. 
3) 焗完即刻拎出爐, 襯熱在表面塗蜜糖, 利用餘熱讓蜜糖焗多5分配就食得.
