韓式辣醬牛肋肉

韓式辣醬牛肋肉




1)用奇異果(1個)的果肉同汁醃牛肋肉(每件切約6cm,6件), 醃1小時
2) 之後在1)加再生抽5湯匙,糖1茶匙,酒2茶匙再醃1小時
3) 洋蔥半個,大蔥半條切條, 痳油起鑊, 炒香大蔥洋蔥, 加入牛肋肉一起煎, 之後加韓式辣醬汁 (2茶匙韓式辣醬, 半茶匙糖, 1/3茶匙酒, 1碗水) 煮10 mins. 最後加辣椒炒幾下, 完成!
