韓式辣醬汁煮豚肉片

韓式辣醬汁煮豚肉片




1) 豬肉切片, 生抽4湯匙,糖1茶匙,酒2茶匙, 生粉1湯匙醃1小時
2) 洋蔥半個,, 痳油起鑊, 炒香洋蔥, 加入 豬肉一起煎, 之後加韓式辣醬汁 (2茶匙韓式辣醬, 半茶匙糖, 1/3茶匙酒, 1碗水) 煮10 mins. 最後加蔥段炒幾下, 完成!
