柚子蜜單骨雞翼
柚子蜜單骨雞翼 (8隻)
我鐘意單骨雞翼因為易入味又易D食, 最適合是配易沾上的醬汁
1) 雞翼剪開一半, 一邊一條雞翼骨
2) 雞翼用生抽,雞, 麻油, 魚露, 糖, 醃1晚
3) 煎香雞翼至金黃色, 最後轉細火, 蜜糖1湯匙, 柚子蜜半湯匙再炒幾下完成. 食前加些白芝麻仲好食
ps
1)一定要醃至少1晚如果唔係唔入味
2) 如果只加 柚子蜜不加蜜糖可能柚子酸"KIP"味太重.
