海鮮湯意粉,屋企整更好味 ~

材料: (2人份)
蕃茄 2 個 (切粒
青芹 1 條 切碎
青椒 半個 (碎) 
洋蔥 1 個 (碎) 
牛油 1塊10g
蒜容 1 茶匙
雞湯 1 盒 250g
茄膏 1 湯匙
茄汁 2 湯匙
水 500 ml 
白酒 1 茶匙
Bay leave 1 塊
Parsley 少許
鹽 1茶匙
黑胡椒 少少
糖 2茶匙 

海鮮如蝦,青口,魷魚隨心
意粉 2人份 

1)牛油炒香洋蔥、蒜容,把其他蔬菜類一起炒至軟身,加沒雞湯白酒茄膏bay leave 煮成湯
2)意炒煮至半熟備用
3)海鮮洗乾淨,加入湯煮半熟時加入意粉,加茄汁,鹽,黑胡椒調味,完成。
