伯爵紅茶牛油蛋糕



~淡淡紅茶味的牛油蛋糕~

材料:
雞蛋 2隻
牛油 110g (室溫)
黃糖 60g
自發粉 110g
伯爵紅茶 (1茶包+20ml 水, 剪開茶包要2g紅茶葉碎)

1) 把牛油和糖用攪拌機攪至淺黃色
2) 加自發粉, 蛋, 輕輕攪拌好.
3) 加15g 茶水, 2g 茶茶碎, 攪拌好
4) 180度焗40分鐘, 完成. (想中間裂開可以在10分鐘後界一刀再焗)
