花雕杞子紙包蝦



~比白焯蝦多一陣淡淡的酒香, 10分鐘可完成的簡單料理~

材料:
蝦 10隻
花雕酒 半碗 (125ml)
杞子 10粒左右
魚露 1茶匙 (沒有可用鹽半茶匙代替)
糖 1/4茶匙

1) 調味料攪拌好,
2) 一張煮食紙對摺, 在一邊拎實成一個包形狀, 放入蝦, 調味料, 杞子, 再包實拎好兩邊
3) 放入一個白鑊 (沒油的鑊), 蓋上煎焗8-10分鐘. 完成.
