乾炒牛河

乾炒牛河 



在家因為火爐的關係好難炒到好有鑊氣,不過自己可以控制少油也是好處 ☆〜

濕河粉 1斤
牛肉 1碗
芽菜、韮王 各半碗
洋蔥切條 半個

老抽 3湯匙
生抽 2湯匙
雞粉 半茶匙
糖 4份1茶匙

1)牛肉用生抽,糖,麻油,加半湯匙水醃半小時
2)麻油起鑊,炒香洋蔥,加河粉,牛肉快炒,加老抽,生抽,雞粉,糖,加埋芽菜韮王快炒,完成。
