雞蛋布丁( 免焗爐版)


糖加多了有點過甜,不過很滑很香蛋味

材料 (4 小杯)
雞蛋2 隻
牛奶 250 ml
糖 60g ( 我覺得過甜, 55g應該都ok)
1) 蛋,奶,糖攪拌好
2) 液體過篩倒入杯中, 用錫紙封口
3) 細火蒸約15 分鐘至凝固
4) 雪4 小時
5) 吃前倒上凍的焦糖汁
