茄汁洋蔥牛肉炒飯 


那隻蛋真的把美味道増值5倍!

食譜: (1人份)
1)洋蔥半個切碎,如果有西芹(5 cm) 青椒(1/8個),可切碎加入。肥牛碎半碗。
2)幾滴麻油起鑊,先炒洋蔥至軟身,加入飯一碗,加西芹or 青椒,茄汁4大湯匙,鹽一茶匙,黑胡椒少許,雞粉1/2茶匙,糖2隻手指拈起的量(因為洋蔥有甜味,可自己調整), 加香草(parsley),最後加肥牛炒,上碟備用
3)煎一隻太陽蛋放在上面,灑少許香草在上面,完成!
