大家樂茶餐,屋企自己整

1)雞脾豉油丶糖醃一晚
2)煎香雞脾2面至金黃
3)生抽6 湯匙,水一碗(250g) 冰糖約30g ,玫瑰露半湯匙 (咸甜可自己調教)煮15~20分鐘,完成。
