京蔥炒牛肉

京蔥炒牛肉


京蔥 1束
洋蔥半個
肥牛/牛肉 200g

生抽 1湯匙
糖 1茶匙 
米酒1茶匙
麻油 1茶匙

1) 京蔥切段, 洋蔥切條, 牛肉先用生抽, 糖,麻油, 醃好
2) 麻油 先炒香洋蔥至軟身, 再加京蔥, 最後加牛肉, 加生抽, 糖, 米酒,麻油調味完成

p.s. 試過只有京蔥沒加埋洋蔥係無咁好食
