1) 扁意粉150g 煮6分鐘,備用。蝦用少許鹽,白胡椒粉,酒,醃好備用。

2)牛油起鑊炒香蒜容,炒蝦,加切碎的蕃茄,加意粉,加番汁(3湯匙),糖(1茶匙),parsley , 黑胡椒碎少許,雞粉(半茶匙) , 完成

如果想濕身d多d汁,可以加之前煮意粉的水調較。煮意粉的水永遠好用! 有時用忌廉罐頭湯,煮好意粉放上碟,直接加罐頭忌廉撈,再用意粉水調較再撈,就不會over 水汪汪了~
