荷塘豆腐



蛋2 隻
豆腐 1盒(細)
蝦6-7 隻
露荀(切粒)
雞湯 半盒(100ml)
蒜容 半茶匙
生粉水 (1滿匙)
50ml 水
鹽 半茶匙

1.豆腐切片(1cm 高)鋪碟底
2. 蛋同雞湯攪拌好,倒入並蓋過豆腐。中火蒸8-10分鐘
3 油起鑊炒香蒜容,露荀粒,再炒蝦至變紅色。加入水50ml, 生粉水,鹽,煮成獻汁
4. 把獻汁倒上蒸好的蛋。完成
