鮮蝦青口忌廉闊條麺:.。. .。.:*・



每條闊條麵都沾上忌廉汁,加埋海鮮,太邪惡了~

1) 蝦跟青囗洗淨後加少少鹽,白胡椒粉,白酒醃10分鐘。
2) 闊條麵煮6分鐘(7成熟就好) 備用
3) 牛油一塊,少許蒜容,煮青口同蝦
4) 加鮮忌廉(液體整蛋糕那種)約 6湯匙,水3湯匙,加黑胡椒(少許), 白酒1茶匙,香草少許,雞粉1茶匙,鹽4份1茶匙,加麵一起煮,最後加上青椒絲。如果太稀,可加生粉水/麵粉水. 完成 ❤️
