北海道紅豆軟包


北海道紅豆軟包



係北海道買左紅豆餡、試下整呢個只需發酵一次既甜包recipe, 仲要唔洗做型 (因為我成日都整唔到個樣平滑/圓) , 呢個recipe 真係好方面. 

雖然樣子不是完美,不過味道ok!! (其實係本身個紅豆餡好食😂

蛋 50g
高筋麵粉 210g
牛油 30g 
糖15g
鹽 3g
快速酵母 4g
ucc 咖啡奶 20ml
水 120ml

1) 把以上所有用麵包機搓麵團8~10分鐘
2) 把麵團用匙根畢1根入紙杯仔, 放入紅豆餡, 再畢1根麵團蓋住, (total 1 半滿就夠, 因為會再發大)
3) 燒一盤水至40度, 放上蒸架, 放入整盤麵包發酵至2倍大
4) 預熬左既焗爐180度焗22分鐘. 完成~
