わらび餅 蕨餅

傳統和菓子 -わらび餅 蕨餅



15分鐘就可以做到的和菓子,煙靭彈牙口感加上黃豆粉,一流!
蕨粉 20g
黃糖 20g
水 104g
黃豆粉4分1包

1)把20g蕨粉,20g糖,104g水攪拌好
2) 倒入小鍋中細火煮,一邊煮一邊攪拌,至透明糊狀就可倒入容器,室溫或放入雪櫃內至唔熱就可以
3) 最後在碟上灑黃豆粉,把蕨餅切至喜歡的大小,完成!
