薑米蔥花蛋炒飯



冬天就係要同薑做朋友~ 食完成身都暖暖~ 好簡單的薑米蔥花蛋炒飯, 絕對是又凍又餓時的首選~

隔夜飯2碗
薑切到好碎好碎 1茶匙
雞肉/牛肉 醃好 (生抽, 糖, 麻油, 生粉醃)
蔥花, 大量, 約3大條
蛋2隻

做法
幾滴麻油起鑊, 炒香d薑碎,中火炒散D飯, 加雞肉/牛肉, 加1湯匙生抽, 少少黑胡椒, 雞粉(1/4茶匙), 糖(1/8茶匙), 最後快速加入蛋快炒, 最後再加蔥花, 30秒就熄火. 完成哦~~

ps1 想高級D 就只加蛋白, 就變成薑米蛋白炒飯~! 酒樓收你至少$60 一碟~!
ps2 雞肉最好用雞脾/雞翼肉, 牛最好用肥牛, 肥d既肉炒完唔會鞋, 飯都香好多~
