屋企自己炒,少油,卡路里少一半但依然好味!

炒用米幼身米粉 100g 
叉燒 半碗
蝦仁 1碗
韮黃 1束
芽菜 1束
咖哩粉 1湯匙
黃薑粉 1湯匙
雞湯 2湯匙
糖 半茶匙
鹽 半茶匙

1. 叉燒切粒,蝦仁切粒,韮黃切至約4cm 長
2. 米粉凍水浸至軟身
3 芽菜熱水滾15秒 (快手,唔係好霖唔爽)
4. 咖哩粉同黃薑粉用雞湯攪拌好
5. 1湯匙油起鑊,加米粉。加(4),炒至乾身即加韮黃,蝦,叉燒,加鹽同糖調味,最後加芽菜,快炒10秒上碟!
