材料:
蛋黃2隻
鮮奶 50ml
忌廉 100ml
煉奶 1茶匙 
白糖 15g 
酥皮 1塊

1) 酥皮解凍

2)淡奶, 忌廉, 白糖, 煉奶 攪拌好至糖全溶, 加入蛋黃攪拌好

3) 酥皮放入撻模壓好, 用叉吉少少孔

4) 倒 (2) 入酥皮, 放入已預熱200度的焗爐20~25分鐘至表面少少焦, 完成.
